1. Hj Mohd Esa bin Ibrahim
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Usrahlite Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. His professional experiences and background span over 20 years of a unique blend as an electrical engineer with JKR (Public Work Department – 1978), an Electrical Engineering Lecturer at University Technology Malaysia (1979 – 1992), an Entrepreneur (Electrical Contractor) and Seminar Leader in Electrical Contracting Business for Malaysia and Brunei.
He holds a Masters Degree in Science from The Brunel University of West London, United Kingdom and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University Teknologi Malaysia and having a certificate in Leadership & Organizational Management from Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN).
During his academic service at the university he was actively involved in the Entrepreneurial Development program organized by the Kementerian Perusahaan Utama (Minister of Industry), organizing a dialog Entrepreneurs – Ministers organized by the Industrial Development Bank, a seminar “A Small Scale Industries to achieve the vision 2020”, seminar “Engineer Invention & Innovation” organizes by Board of Engineers, a workshop for “Electrical Safety” by The France Embassy. For the last 15 years, working in his brand child company (Usrahlite Engineering) he managed and supervised a number of mechanical & electrical work for major industrial and public sector infrastructure project obtained by the company.
His expertise in electrical installation and lightning protection system has been recognized by main contractors from local companies as well as from overseas. This is proven when the company had been awarded an electrical installation, testing & commissioning job by Clough Engineering Pte Ltd, an Australian company for TNB 350MW Gas Turbine power station of RM 950,000.00. He successfully managed, completed all aspects of mechanical & electrical work of Infrastructure facility for MIG 29 and F/A-18D Air Force Base Butterworth worth RM 1,525,926.00.
His assignments included the managing of M&E work for waste water treatment of Putrajaya project of about RM 2,698,865.00 whereby the main contractor is WABAG Water Engineering Pte. Ltd. U.K and M&E work for shop house building for Telekom, Johor Bahru Project worth RM 1,835,000.00.
He successfully managed and supervised the Mechanical and Electrical work for IKBN Campus (Skill & Training Institute – A Public Work Department’s Project) Pagoh, Johor Malaysia of about RM 6.9 Million and PPR 18th Storey Medium Cost Condominium, Jalan Ipoh of about RM 1.85 Million. JKR Project for Kementerian Pendidikan Pahang, Taman Budaya Melaka and Balai Polis Johor Tenggara for Kementerian Dalam Negeri.
His experiences include project management, cost control and procurement, costing & negotiation and investment opportunity in Malaysia, Brunei Darul Salam and Middle East.
2. Ir Hjh Endok Sempo Binti M Tahir, P.Eng, MIEM
She is an Executive Director of the company. Her professional experiences and background span over 20 years of a unique blend as an electrical engineer, a University Lecturer and a Consulting Engineer .
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnics of Central London, 1983 (the Westminster University London) and holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University Technology Malaysia.
She is A Registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a corporate member of IEM (Institution of Engineers Malaysia).
Her scope of job is to undertake, implement and execute electrical engineering consultancy services and to provide professional advice and services for electrical engineering work. Her experiences include design, install, testing and commissioning of electrical services, project management, cost control and procurement, costing and negotiation. Having few years of experiences in railway Department, Ministry of Transport is good exposure and understanding of project construction management of an LRT project.
